The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Providing coding solutions to implement improvements and correct issues contained in a client-prioritized backlog of change requests and operations and maintenance (O&M) items. Solutions are typically custom code designed to work on a core Entellitrak platform.
Working with an Agile team and participating in daily scrum and in weekly or as-needed requirements elaboration/clarification sessions
Providing system demonstrations of coded solutions, as needed.
Creating and updateing JIRA tickets
Performing unit testing
Preparing code packages for deployment to client environment
Providing and supporting maintenance activities on application and database servers
Providing help desk and production support assistance on issues identified by the client
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government Clearance.
BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
Overall 3-5 years of experience.
3 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP.
3 years minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL.
Analytical Skills (ability to digest requirements and produce design).
Ability to perform Testing/Quality Control.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Able to work successfully in a team environment
A self-starter who is organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Experience with Tyler Technologies (formerly MicroPact) Entellitrak case management system or similar COTS product to which you’ve added custom code solutions
Experience with tools such as: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, JIRA
Active Security+ or similar system security certification
